Booker T. Burney Jr. is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the Orange County Bar Association.

Admitted to practice in the State of California in 2001, Mr. Burney earned his law degree from the University of Akron in Ohio and his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada at Reno, Nevada.

His practice includes service to clients in the areas of: Adoptions, child abuse, child custody and visitation, child support, divorce or annulment, domestic violence, enforcement of decrees, family law, guardianship, mediation, military family issues, name changes, paternity, prenuptial agreements, restraining orders, separations, spouse support/alimony, state child protection, surrogates and related issues.

He previously worked in the Department of Child Support Services for the Orange County District Attorneys Office.
